As a requirement of the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA), we are obliged to provide you with a Financial Services Guide (FSG).
Market Masters Education provides “general financial product advice only, but can arrange for a person to deal in a financial product, issue, apply for, acquire, vary or dispose of a financial products on behalf of another”.
The purpose of providing this FSG is to ensure you are given sufficient information to make informed decisions regarding whether to obtain financial services from Market Masters Education. It includes details of how we are remunerated and what your options are should you ever have a complaint about our services.

We are a financial services firm servicing retail and professional clients across Australia. We specialise in the creation of a fortnightly, independent share market newsletter designed for both Investors and Traders. We also produce the Stockmarket Master course and periodically conduct workshops and seminars based around these methods.

Qualifications:
The Market Masters Education staff that are involved with education and training are PS146 compliant in Securities and Derivatives which is maintained through Kaplan training and ongoing industry training throughout each year and also hold Certificate IV in workplace training.
This also allows us to have affiliations with other industry professionals who operate under their own financial services license.
How do we get remunerated?
Market Masters Education operates an educational based business.
When attending a Workshop, purchasing the Stockmarket Master course or subscribing to our fortnightly newsletter you will be required to pay a fee upfront.
Market Masters Eduction is acting on your behalf in providing its services.
Market Masters Education to provides its clients and members “general financial product advice only and arrange for a person to deal in a financial product, issue, apply for, acquire, vary or dispose of a financial products on behalf of another”.
As such, Market Masters Education may receive commissions for providing these services.
Will we provide you with specific advice in relation to your needs?
Market Masters Education provides general advice only, and has no knowledge of your personal requirements or financial needs. We can however refer you to a specialist for personal advice.
What information do you maintain in my file?
We keep you name, address, phone numbers, email details and sometimes we may ask what markets you like to trade (for marketing purposes).
You can change or remove your details from our database upon request.

Problem resolution is a priority for us. If you have any problems with the financial services that we provide, please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve it for you quickly and fairly. You should take the following steps to enable us to do so:

Christmas New Year holiday closure period for Market Masters Education and the Analyst Insight newsletter:
The Analyst Insight newsletter will not be produced or written from the Christmas day weekend (closest weekend to Christmas day) through to the first weekend of January of the following year, but will resume again as of the weekend that follows.

Once you have subscribed, you do not have to worry about renewing and resubmitting your credit card details every time it’s up for renewal.
We have developed a continuous billing system with Paypal, so that your card will be charged by Paypal at the end of the prepaid period for your next subscription.
You reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time by advising Paypal to cancel your subscription.
Cancellations
All subscriptions are in effect until Paypal is notified of cancellation in writing. Cancellation does not warrant reimbursement for services rendered or provided, cancellation of newsletter service will be effective at the end of the subscription period in which we receive notification.
Advanced Payments
All fees are to be paid in advance and are non refundable once the subscription period has begun. We provide a “quality assurance” money back guarantee which is valid for 14 days after subscribing.
This means that to receive a refund, you must establish that a misrepresentation was made, or establish that there was a serious fault with the website or our delivery service of the product (PDF file) to you.
You must begin the process by notifying us in writing ASAP.

8. No portion of Stockmarket Master course, Seminar materials and Analyst Insight newsletters may be copied in any form without permission of Market Masters Education. This includes all of the materials, including text, audio CDs and charts. You may make extra copies of the trading record sheets that accompany this Course, on the condition that the copies are for your own personal use.
